Duncan R. Marsh, M.D.

"I have enjoyed providing orthopedic
surgical care to the people of Southwest Georgia since joining the Albany Orthopedic
Center in 1981. Although many things have changed through the years as the
bureaucracy of medical care has become more complicated, my goal remains providing the
best of orthopedic treatment to my patients, provided with a caring spirit.
Being a Christian, I am really happy that my occupation allows me to help
others in time of injury or pain. The orthopedic surgery specialty allows me to see
and treat the full range of injuries and maladies of the musculoskeletal system, but I
also enjoy getting to know my patients as individuals.
I particularly enjoy joint replacement surgery as it is an opportunity to
change a patient's life dramatically as the function of their new joint improves.
Although the joint replacements are not as good as those that the Almighty Father gave us,
they still are a vast improvement over a painful arthritic joint."
